Than a training place for cooks and servers. The students under this program are not only taught different cuisine but also sensitized towards acquiring skill sets necessary for employability in the Tourism industry.

No wonder there wear several takers for thus program till recently and the committed faculty motivated them no achieve university ranks, including two gold medals. One reason why this program me was so popular was because it is a professional course, with compulsory Internship in well known hotels all over India. This Internship, Which is part of the academic programmed, enabled then students to gain exposure to the Industry even before they acquired the degree. No wonder there is not a single case of Graduate in Hotel Management, who goes without placement.

The department of Hotel Management also organizes regular Food Festival to popularize this programmed. More than 2000 people visit our campus during food festival and enjoy our culinary during Food Festival and enjoin our culinary expertise diverse cuisine. Recently the strength has gone down due to a false notion that these Graduates are fit only for hotel business rather being fit materials for the larger market of Tourism Industry.
