Setting a World Record in Handwriting the Holy Quran in 24 Hours

On November 1, 2023, history was made as Janathul Firdhouse College achieved a remarkable feat by setting a world record in handwriting the Holy Quran within the span of just 24 hours. What makes this achievement truly astounding is the fact that it was a collaborative effort undertaken by 20 dedicated students who worked tirelessly, nonstop, throughout this intensive endeavor.

The key to the success of this ambitious project was the unwavering commitment and faith that fueled the students throughout this marathon effort. A significant part of their journey was fasting, a spiritual practice that served as a cornerstone to keep their motivation and determination at its peak. Their collective hope was to complete this monumental task and leave a lasting mark of devotion and dedication.

Prior to this groundbreaking event, the team conducted a trial run on October 19 and 20, 2023. This allowed them to fine-tune their process, resolve any challenges, and set the stage for the official world record attempt.

What’s truly remarkable about this endeavor is that the entire process, from inception to execution, was managed by the dedicated team members of Janathul Firdhouse College. However, the most special and pivotal aspect of this initiative was the presentation, which was skillfully handled by the students themselves.

In an event of such magnitude, it was only fitting that the college welcomed a distinguished array of chief guests from various walks of life. The event was presided over by Annai Group Correspondent Abdul Kafur, who played a pivotal role in leading this remarkable journey. Principal Manika Vasugi graciously welcomed the attendees, while Raihana Begam eloquently introduced the guest of honor, Jiyavudeen Baqavi , co ordinated the program.

The event also saw the participation of esteemed special guests, including Thondi Musthafa Rashathi, SDPI Political District Head nellaiMubark, and the founder of Tamilnadu Muslim Education, cmnSalim, prof. hameed hussain,mtech phd ,nidur isamail town kaji. Jamat islamic hind sikandar,muslim league shajahan among others.
